Welcome to Dream Tales Maker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered children's story generator service operated by Tehnolabs Systems OÜ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Dream Tales Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Dream Tales Maker.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and that you are creating it as a parent or guardian.
Children may use Dream Tales Maker only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, through that parent or guardian's account. Children may not create their own accounts. The account holder is responsible for how children use the account and for the stories created in it.
On a Family plan, the account owner may invite a family member aged 13 to 17 by email as a supervised member. The invited teen gets their own login, which is subject to the controls the owner sets. The teen may use it only with the owner's invitation and under the owner's supervision. By sending an invitation, the owner confirms that the person invited is aged 13 to 17. The owner can suspend or remove the teen at any time.
Parents and guardians can review and delete their children's stories and child profiles at any time, and can delete the whole account and its data. Learn how to delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for how children's information is handled.
By creating an account or using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You retain ownership of any input you provide (story topics, character names, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this input through our AI systems to generate your stories.
Stories generated by Dream Tales Maker are created for your personal use. You receive a non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy these stories with your family. You may share public stories and use them for non-commercial personal purposes.
Note: AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. While we employ content moderation, we recommend reviewing stories before sharing them with your children.
Dream Tales Maker is designed to create child-appropriate bedtime stories. You agree NOT to use the service to generate:
We reserve the right to refuse story generation for inappropriate topics and to ban users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.
Dream Tales Maker offers a free tier with limited story generation per month. Free tier users may experience certain restrictions compared to paid subscribers.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
EU and UK customers: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, email support@tehnolabs.com within the 14-day window from your subscription start date. After the 14-day period, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings: cancellation stops future renewals immediately, and your current paid period continues to its end so you keep access to what you've already paid for. We offer a free tier (2 stories per month, no credit card required) so every parent can try Dream Tales Maker before subscribing. Why we do not offer pro-rated refunds after the 14-day window: each story you generate consumes AI compute that we pay for at the moment of creation, and these costs cannot be recouped.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
Dream Tales Maker uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations. While we strive for quality and appropriateness:

You may delete your account at any time in the mobile app or on the website. Learn how to delete your account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except for the records described there that we keep for billing and legal record-keeping.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dream Tales Maker after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
