Welcome to Dream Tales Maker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered children's story generator service operated by Tehnolabs Systems OÜ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Dream Tales Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Dream Tales Maker.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Dream Tales Maker. This service is designed for parents and guardians to create bedtime stories for their children, not for direct use by children.

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain ownership of any input you provide (story topics, character names, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this input through our AI systems to generate your stories.

Generated Stories

Stories generated by Dream Tales Maker are created for your personal use. You receive a non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy these stories with your family. You may share public stories and use them for non-commercial personal purposes.

Note: AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. While we employ content moderation, we recommend reviewing stories before sharing them with your children.

Content Guidelines

Dream Tales Maker is designed to create child-appropriate bedtime stories. You agree NOT to use the service to generate:

✕Violent, scary, or disturbing content
✕Adult themes or inappropriate material
✕Discriminatory or hateful content
✕Content that promotes harmful activities
✕Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse story generation for inappropriate topics and to ban users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Dream Tales Maker offers a free tier with limited story generation per month. Free tier users may experience certain restrictions compared to paid subscribers.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used a significant portion of your allocated story credits. Contact us at support@dreamtalesmaker.com for refund requests.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dream Tales Maker uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations. While we strive for quality and appropriateness:

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies
Stories are created algorithmically and may not always match expectations
We recommend parental review before sharing stories with children
Generated images are AI-created and may have minor imperfections

We provide content moderation but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in filtering all potentially inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Dream Tales Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Attempt to abuse or exploit the service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Repeatedly violate content guidelines

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dream Tales Maker after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
