Pip's Brave Little Boat

The afternoon rain had turned the garden path into a vast, shimmering sea. From the safety of a hollow log, Pip looked out and gasped. Her little brother, Squeaky, was trapped on a mossy stone right in the middle of a giant puddle! 'Don't move, Squeaky!' Pip called out over the pitter-patter of the raindrops. The water looked very deep for a small mouse, and the wind was making tiny waves that splashed against the rocks. Pip knew she had to be brave to save her brother.
